Calorie Counting App
- An awareness of the calorie content of foods is healthy, but should not be overdone. Simple calorie counting does provide a way of controlling energy intake and losing weight.

so this weekend i drove down to Winston-Salem, N.C.
but it was rainy and drizzly all weekend long and didn't really see much to photograph... hence the cell tower right outside my hotel room. But check it out, 5 bars... that's a new record for me.

Everyone has seen the commercials for the Special K diet. Heck, most women have probably tried it! But they now have a free iPhone app with recipes. On initial glance it does not have any calorie counting capabilities.
